Teachers, are you ready to dive deeper into your roles as HEALERS? Join the Lotus Creative Team and special guest teachers for this ten day, one hundred hour immersion into the Sister Science to Yoga, Ayurveda, and other modalities that enrich our teaching with special tools to address keeping ourselves and our students happy, HEALTHY, and free!

Our program will use an Ayurvedic perspective on Asana and Pranayama, Mantra and Pranayama, and Diet and Lifestyle choices to guide us with adjusting our Sadhana both daily (dinacharya) and seasonally (ritucharya). Ayurveda blesses us with ancient wisdom that asks us to take responsibility for our own personal wellness, with an understanding that with more self awareness and consciousness, we can guide ourselves and our students towards finding balance in body, mind and spirit.

Tuition: $1750  
Early Bird: $1500, if paid in full by March 1, 2013
Lotus Grads: $1200 if paid in full by March 1, 2013
$500 non-refundable deposit due upon acceptance.
If deposit is paid and there is an outstanding tuition balance.
