This
four week series is
especially designed
for our newest
yogis! These classes build on each other, creating a
foundation from which you can spring into a BASICS class.
The course
includes an introduction into yoga philosophy, yoga breathing
and meditation, and of course the basic poses!
Even if you've
been practicing for awhile, this is a great way to reconnect
with the fundamentals of the practice - and an opportunity
to grab that friend that you've been trying to get to
try yoga and come with them!

NOTE: This is
four week series
and is meant
to be attended on all of the above listed dates. There
are no substitutions or make-up dates.
