Heather is inspired by life -- particularly her love of movement, poetry and music. She strives to share this passion in her classes, through layering the focus of breath and natural alignment onto the dance of Vinyasa.

Endlessly grateful for the steps along the path which brought her through Laughing Lotus' door, Heather was hooked from the first Ohm. She credits the entire community at Laughing Lotus with providing the daily laughter and inspiration that not only keeps her on her mat but brings so much joy into her life. A big thank you to Alison Cramer for lighting the divine spark which allowed her to see so much more than she ever thought possible and to Dana Flynn and Jasmine Tarkeshi for creating Lotus Flow, the divine architecture that encouraged that creative fire to ride the breeze and light up her world.
