Jamie Lyn is honored to be teaching the healing therapeutics of Restorative yoga to the LL community. Restorative Yoga is a remedy for modern day society to release chronic stress that’s been built up not only over time but from the busyness of our daily lives.
Jamie loves the exploration of the body and mind through traveling with the breath, awakening intuition and practicing compassion for all beings. Under the guidance of a well-flowing sequence, you can feel a true sense of rejuvenation and arrive at a place to make clear life choices. Her training is based on having your own experience of the restorative postures, clearly going over the process and ultimately creating a lifestyle of wholeness.
Jamie draws from her daily meditation practice from the Shambala lineage and studies of the Chakra system. She continues her studies of the Restorative practice with Jillian Pransky and Judith Hanson Lasater. Jamie’s patience, imagination and knowledge are second to none. She is honored to be a senior teacher at Laughing Lotus NYC, as well as teaching the Restoratives in the 200hr teacher training program. Eternal gratitude to her teachers Dana Flynn and Jasmine Tarkeshi for sharing their magic and wisdom.
