Kate Duyn Cariati, Beloved Yogini and Mom! Kate is well recognized in LA for her approach to sequencing. She has acquired an international following through her streamed clasess at Yogis Anonymous.Prior to teaching yoga Kate was a modern dancer, but fell deeply in love with the practice of yoga and will be forever grateful for Dana Flynn and Jasmine Tarkeshi's inspiration and guidance. It has been, and continues to be, a truly transformational and creative process. Her classes are known for their creative sequencing, free flow acro-athleticism and eclectic soundtracks. Kate has a knack for guiding students to new depths while maintaining a sense of humor. She seamlessly weaves yoga philosophy, mantra, pranayama, meditation and movement through asana. Last but certainly not least, she is the proud mother of her baby boy, Vincent Henry.
