Lauren strives to live yoga off the mat as well as through her offerings as a teacher. As a dancer, Lauren finds her inspiration for her classes through her love of movement, the Earth and all that takes our breath away. Lauren leads a thoughtful and challenging class, diving deeper into the practice through peak poses and a sense of Lila, Divine play. Lauren bows down to her beloved teachers Dana, Jasmine and to her son Gavin. May we all stay on the path towards the Light and trust the Guru within; Tas my shri gurave namaha!
