Originally from Chi town, Mary Dana flew to New York City just about ten years ago in search of many adventures great and small. She found her yoga mat almost immediately, having no idea that it would eventually roll out to become the greatest adventure of all. After hanging out with some great teachers and playing on her own mat, she stumbled into Laughing Lotus and found her home. Mary Dana lives to teach and share these practices with those who want to move deeper into the AWEsomeness of our lives. Her classes are fueled by music, threaded with breath, and inspired by the dynamic poetry of asana and the timeless wisdom of yogic philosophy.

Mary Dana is thrilled to be back home again at Laughing Lotus. The road has truly lead to hOMe, and there is no place like it. Thanks to Jasmine, Dana and all the Lotus Teachers for being who they are, seekers of the truth and sharers of the mystery. She is humbled and honored to be a part of this amazing community!
