Ali’s ten year yoga practice led her to many teachers and many places but when she discovered Laughing Lotus, she knew she was home. With the support and guidance of the entire LL community, her passion for the practice became so tremendous that she felt she couldn’t NOT share it with everyone. She completed Yoga School in the fall of 2003.

In her classes, Ali seeks to combine the music of the heart with the poetry of the body, and likes to throw in a healthy dose of Spirit and Shakti in one glorious dance with the Divinity present in all of us!
