Ayurveda is an ancient holistic system of wellness that brings balance to body, mind and spirit. This unique program for women is designed to specifically address the common and not so common health issues we face through the Ayurvedic perspective of four stages of life.
Each morning we will practice Lotus Flow according to Ayurvedic guidelines, and cover the basics of physical self care with regards to Ayurvedic diet and herbs, as well as treatments for the skin, hair and body. Our afternoons will address the more subtle practices to cultivate peace of mind through meditation, pranayama, and lifestyle choices. Each session will close with a group meditation or Q&A to foster community and Sacred Space. Our week will be an opportunity to learn, inquire, observe and connect through this Sister Science to Yoga! This will be a perfect training for all yogis, bodyworkers, yoga teachers, or anyone ready to shift into a healthier, happier Life-no previous experience with Ayurveda necessary*

Weekend workshops with Special Guest (Sat & Sun 10-1p & 2:30-4:30p) is included as a required part of the 50 hour Ayurveda for Women’s Health Certification.
